Embracing Inclusion, Empowering Minds
Our purpose is to increase awareness about belonging, inclusion, diversity and psychological safety in the workplace. Every person has a voice and deserves to be heard.
Social belonging is a fundamental human need. It's the subjective feeling of inclusion and acceptance into a group of people. This sense of community is a basic human need that individuals must satisfy to maintain their identity, physical well-being, and mental health. A sense of belonging is one of several humans needs, the psychologist Abraham Maslow outlined in his 1943 paper, “A Theory of Human Motivation,” which became a foundational concept in his field.
Inclusion, diversity and belonging, positively affect people's health, the organization's health, and the bottom-line results.
An inclusive mindset is key to promote a learning environment for the individual and for the organization. It's key to influence a work environment that makes people feel safe, heard and belonging. People don’t have to be afraid to talk, to show their personality, their talents, and aspirations, but also their insecurities, doubts, and worries.
What are the numbers saying?
According to the latest Culture Report on belonging at work from the Achievers Workforce Institute, belonging is a key factor for organizational success. It positively affects retention, where 40% of respondents with a strong sense of belonging rarely think about looking for a job elsewhere, versus 5% of respondents with a low sense of belonging.
It boosts productivity, where 45% of respondents with a strong sense of belonging say they are their most productive self at work, versus 6% of those with a low sense of belonging say that. It’s the best kind of employer branding, 51% of respondents with a strong sense of belonging would recommend their company as a great place to work, versus 4% of those with a low sense of belonging.

Hi, my name is Renata Galle. I’m a global citizen, a digital technology thought leader, and a visual artist on weekends (because who says tech and art can't mix?). As a proud mother of two wonderful teenagers, I balance my professional and personal life with the grace of an acrobat.
For the past several years, I have had the incredible opportunity to work in North America and Latin America, immersing myself in the vibrant energy and rich diversity of various cities and countries. Plus, I've now perfected the art of navigating airport security and can recommend the best coffee spots across the continent.
The roots of my journey trace back to my grandfather, who immigrated from Italy to Brazil during World War I. Inspired by his adventurous spirit, I moved from Brazil to the United States to fulfill my dream of living abroad.
Throughout my journey, I’ve embraced new perspectives and cultures, seizing countless wonderful opportunities. I’ve also learned the importance of defining boundaries and embracing your voice. Above all, I've discovered the importance of staying true to yourself and celebrating your unique identity.
This adventure has not only shaped me as a professional but also as a person. I'm deeply committed to inclusion and authenticity in every facet of life. While I might not have all the answers, I do have a keen sense of humor and a willingness to learn from every twist and turn.
Let's connect.
Everyone has powerful talents and stories to share, and they need a safe space to thrive. Curious to know more ? Let's connect and talk about ways to collaborate !
